| To those of you who read reviews:
Thu rental was amazing, perfect location! We were truly blessed to have came across her listing. We were then stationed in Hawaii so we were local residents. We rented the beach home for our out of town family that was coming in for our wedding. They were completely taken by the location and the beauty of the home. It was super clean and also came with your basic needs. It was like living in a plus size suite at a hotel. Very good community to spend your stay on the beautiful island of Oahu. I'm sure her other beach homes located on other islands are GREATas well. Mostly Thu was very reasonable and helpful when I contacted her with questions and concerns. Her listing was very accurate and all details covered was received. |

| My Family totally enjoyed or stay at the "Condo". The unit was VERY spacious and everything we ever needed was there, including boggy boards, beach chairs, cooler, towels etc. What a GREAT place. The Unit is but a short walking distance to all of the 4 Lagoons.. There is a hidden place we called Turtle beach because everyday we swam with the Turtles..Walk the tracks past the parking lot for Paradise Cove, make a left along the fence and head for the water you will see it. Everyday we sat under the Banyon tree for shade and had a blast. Also wild Mango tree drops fruit daily. Go to Hawaii, Contact Thu today and reserve your time in heaven!! |

| The condo was a great fit for us. It was overlooking the pool which made for convienient barbeques and quick dips in the pool. All the furniture and set up was very new and clean! The master bedroom is HUGE - as is the master bathroom. We had mobile massage / spa services come over and had massages outside on the balcony! It was GREAT! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Also, many of the past visitors had left spices and basic food items, which was great. Ko Olina is a little away from Waikiki, so you have to rent a car to get around the island. However, the peacefulness and calm mentality of Ko Olina is completely different than Waikiki. It was very relaxing! Also, if you go over to the Marriott Resort, you can access the parking lots of the private coves, by mentioning you are staying at the condos! I highly recommend visiting the property! |

| Stayed here at the Coconut Plantation March 2009 over spring break. We were initially reluctant to book accommodations on the internet, however the owner alleviated many of our anxieties thru phone conversations and her knowledge of this area. The description and photos is exactly how it looks. A wonderful, relaxing property that the owner has taken great pride in upkeeping and ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We spent time here with another family. The unit was spacious & clean with amazingly comfortable beds & linens. It accommodated 4 adults and 2 teenagers easily; whether it was spending time out on one of two lanais reading, sipping coffees, or simply having a little seista with the background sounds of the tropical birds & palm trees swaying in the breeze. The pool is right across the path from the unit; our kids loved the quick access! You will be amazed at the beautifully kept grounds. You can stroll along the paths within the gated complex or wander down to the pristine lagoons for a day at the beach. The lagoon is less than a 5 minute walk from this unit. Customer service was excellent; the owner provides a contact number for a local liason you can contact for any questions. Shopping is close by: Costco, Target, Safeway, Starbucks & local restaurants are within a 5 minute drive from the complex. Lots of activities to do with kids though do recommend having a car for multiple activities & things to do around the island. We will definitely return to this property and can't wait for our next trip to Ko Olina! Special thanks to Thu for such great accommodations and attentive, efficient customer service. |

| We stayed in this townhome in January of 2009. We were nervous about renting "by owner." Thu was great to work with - very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions i had. The townhome was very nicely equipped, and very clean. It was also in a perfect location - overlooking the small pool/hot tub. Thu was very accommodating and made our stay FABULOUS! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! She was also very supportive of the military - (my husband is active duty Army) That was very nice to see!
We like to cook and the kitchen was nicely furnished. There were some items we would have liked to see - but we purchased them ourselves. I let Thu know and hopefully they were added to the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable - and the rug was new. All of the furnishings were very tasteful - It was an easy walk to lagoon 1 and we enjoyed running/walking all of the lagoons.
We hope to visit again and stay here - have recommended it to several friends!! |

| This townhome is absolutely beautiful! It is immaculately clean and elegant. And Thu was extremely professional and accomodating. It is in a wonderful location and the beach that is close is paradise. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. I will be going again as soon as I possibly can. Thanks Thu for all of your help in making our vacation absolutely perfect! It was a pleasure working with you. |

This was our 4th time to Oahu -- we had stayed in very nice (and expensive) hotels on our last 3 trips. I am pretty nit-picky when it comes to where we stay, but this condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and most of all, it felt like a place we could relax and recharge our batteries.
This townhome was 2 story's tall and overlooked the pool -- there was no noise factor to worry about. The other guests and owners were very courteous which made it great for us since I like to sleep in. Nothing was better than hearing the palm trees "blowing in the wind" when I fell asleep and woke up each day.
Here are the things that I LOVED about the unit:
* It had a washer/dryer and they even supplied beach towels!
* The kitchen was very big so when we cooked the whole family could be in there with me.
* There were 2 lanai's (one on each floor). The downstairs lanai allowed us to eat outside everyday. I had my morning coffee on the updstairs lanai as I overlooked the pool
* There were 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths so we all had our privacy (unlike our hotel experiences).
We needed a rental car to get around the island, but that was not an issue for us. There is pleanty of shopping and restaurants close by.
Everything was first class in this unit - the furniture, the bedding, the hi-def tv's, etc. What also took the anxiety out of the picture for me is that the owner was extremely responsive everytime I had a request or question.
Lastly, we were visiting my daughter and our new grandchild on this trip - my whole family was extremely comfortable due to the spaciousness and cleanliness.
I will never stay in an expensive, small hotel room in a busy, congested area like Honolulu again - this unit at Ko Olina is the place for us. |

| Beautiful home and a wonderful location -- perfect for a family vacation. Children will love the "sand pool". Walking distance to the Ko Olina lagoons. There's a kitchen, but no need to cook lunch and dinner - there are many restaurants with take home options are less than 10 minute drive away. In fact, this came out cheaper for us and provided a better variety. This neighborhood is VERY QUIET. |

| A vacation home you've always dreamt of!! After your first footstep into this townhome, your vacation begins. This is a GEM of a find, a 5 star rating for sure! Do not be skeptic of this private rental. Owners are true to their every word and the most pleasant to deal with. The decor and the little details that have gone into this unit is well thought out. From the high thread count bedsheets (wow) down to the hotel size shampoo. You need nothing else than to arrange your booking. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen is fully equipped and the living room area is not to be out done by it's HD flatscreen. (Actually there are tv's in every room with a satellite connection to them all.) The pool is no farther than a crawl away from the patio door. This making BBQ's a snap. Shops are a 10min drive from this centralized stay. The closet lagoon is about a slow 10 min walk away. Restuarants, golf courses and the island's Luau surround this area. The owners could not of done anything more. As guests we were only so lucky to find this place that we had to think of something to leave behind for the others to follow. We thought of this place as our own. We hope to return in the future. So please , take care of our 2nd home. Be back soon! |

| We were impressed from the begining. This has to be the best place to stay in Oahu. Just minutes to 4 beautiful lagoons by foot. Everything that you would need for the beach is in the 2 car garage. The home itself is beautiful that has everything that makes your stay feel like your staying at a 5 star resort ( I rate this place a 5 star). Everyone that I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. I was a little concerned about putting a reservation together over the internet wondering if it would all come together, it did with no hitches what so ever, it was a great experience. You can't go wrong. I highly recomemed this beautiful vacation paridise. Warren, El Dorado Hills, Ca. |

| Our stay at Coconut Plantation can be described as fabulous! We used this unit as home base for one month as we traveled around Oahu enjoying the beaches, sightseeing and shopping. We also took short trips to the outer islands and found it convenient to come back to a familiar place where we could leave our belongings. The townhouse is spacious, clean and well-maintained. The owners clearly put some effort into making it comfortable with all the luxuries of home. We also enjoyed the amenities of the resort including tennis, the Ihilani Spa and some great restaurants. We hope to return in the near future. |

| My family and I spent our spring break at Coconut Plantation. This townhouse is a wonderful home away from home. It has all the conveniences and feel of being "home" yet at the same time it has the feel of being on vacation. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities. The owner is very accommodating and truly a pleasure to work with. It is a short walk from the beach and the Marriott. There are several restaurants, a luau, and a golf course all within walking distance. We loved our time spent at Ko Olina. I will definitely return to the same unit. I would recommend this property without reservation. Great find! Fantastic area! |

| Upon arrival we realized that we had made a great choice for a place to stay, which included the wedding of our #2 son at the Marriott Resort. All aspects of the condo were as advertised with luxurious appointments, including beautiful dark green marble on all floors/counter tops/shower in baths and kitchen and new carpeting elsewhere, along with an up-to-date kitchen with stainless regrigerator, and flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom (regular TVs in the other 2 bedrooms). We made use of all the bedrooms while our #1 son and family were with us, and they were also very impressed with the condo and the great location for family enjoyment. The pool just outside the lanai was so convenient for a swim at any time and the barbecue there was used for preparing some meals. A big highlight was the location of the condo near Lagoon #1 next to the Marriott Ihilani Resort. With a 10 minute walk we were at one of the nicest family salt-water swimming beaches I have ever seen. I had a great time with the grandkids swimming in the lagoon and if one is interested in sunning (which I was not) the beach is just gorgeous there. I love hiking and I enjoyed going for walks to the other 3 lagoons with their beautiful beaches in Ko'Olina and also to Paradise Cove, all within a mile or so of the condo. If you are interested in photography (which I am) you can capture some beautiful sunsets from Ko'Olina with its western shore facing the setting sun and the many palm trees waiting to frame your pic. In summary, we found Ko'Olina to be a beautiful and relaxed place to stay, while with a car you are no more than an hour from almost any other attractoin on Oahu. We whole-heartedly recommend this condo and location. |
