UNIT HIGHLIGHTS: You will soon feel right at home in this unit's understated tropical decor with its distinctive wall art and decorative accessories. The large 10' patio door in the living/dining area provides easy access to the lanai (balcony), and maximizes your view of the Pacific Ocean pool, and garden area. The wall-mounted air conditioner with remote control, features a quiet mode which makes it virtually soundless while keeping you cool even on the warmest days. An on-site laundry room with new washer and dryer are conveniently located for your use. In addition to the unit's many amenities, our housekeeper and maintenace man are available to help make your stay as worry-free as possible. You will find the condo to exceptionally clean and well-maintained. LIVING/DINING: The living/dining room has been furnished with a comfortable full sofa sleeper and rocker recliner, lift-top coffee table, dining table and cushioned chairs, and corner entertainment center which holds a stereo/CD player, a DVD player, a large variety of CDs and DVDs, board games, and playing cards. After a night on the town, you'll be able to come home, kivk back , and enjoy the wall-mounted 32" LCD cable TV. LANAI: One of the best features of this condo is the lovely ocean view. Take your coffee or favorite ice cold beverage out to the lanai and sit comfortably in one of the cushioned wrought iron swivel chairs. The sights and sounds of the ocean, the moderate trade winds, and the warmth of the sun are sure to make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
