We are not exaggerating when we say that the location and view are incomparable, and our many returning guests will agree. The sunsets are incredible! During the winter, you can even watch the whales from inside your condo. And year-round, the resident turtles swim along the shoreline and are such fun to watch. Great snorkeling and surfing from the shore right in front of the condo.Your condo, located on the second floor of this 2 acre tropical low-rise resort, is ideally-located for privacy and relaxation. The resort has an oceanfront heated pool and a scenic deck with barbecues. If you are coming to Maui to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island, the sea, and the landscape, then this is where you want to be. The condo sleeps 7 very comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. Each has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with new walk-in showers. The large 3rd bedroom is upstairs. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed as well as a twin bed. A bathroom with vanity area complete the upstairs. Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.Our condo and its lanai are Non-Smoking. The living room has ample comfortable seating, a cathedral ceiling, cable TV, DVD, a stereo system with CD, and that wonderful view! We think that the view from our dining room tops most of the restaurants on the island. And you have your choice of dining inside, or outside at the table on your lanai - either is a great choice! The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, dishwasher, dinnerware. Everything you need for a great meal. Walk to the local farmer's market up the street for tropical delights.The resort has a unique oceanfront deck which you will really enjoy. It is located over the edge of the ocean and is a gathering place for guests at the resort. Equipped with tables and chairs, it is a great place to just relax and watch the ocean, a beautiful sunset, enjoy your morning coffee, or a sunset dinner. The BBQ grills are located on the deck. It's also a wonderful spot to watch the sea turtles as they swim by. And perfect for visiting with other guests and making new friends.Our location is 5.5 miles north of Lahaina, midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We are conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. But, most importantly, we are far enough away from the noise and congestion of the busy resort areas so that you can enjoy the natural beauty of Maui, which we assume is what you came for.As the owners of this condo, we obviously think that it's a wonderful place to stay.
