Aloha and welcome to our OCEANFRONT 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. It comfortably and conveniently accommodates 4 guests and is furnished in Hawaiian style. You will be amazed at the OCEAN VIEW, the 2 acres of lush tropical landscaping, the heated pool, and the barbecue lounge / deck that is directly on the edge of the shore. Your condo is located on the second floor of this low-rise resort and is just a stone's throw from the ocean. If you are coming to Maui to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island, the sound of the waves, and incredible sunsets, then this is where you want to be. Snorkeling and surfing can be done right in front of the resort at a very small, private beach. The condo has two bedrooms...one on the main floor and one upstairs. Both have new plush queen-sized mattresses and comforters. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and the upstairs bath has a walk-in shower. Linens and towels -including beach towels- are provided. Our condo and its lanai are non-smoking, as are the common areas of the resort. The living room has ample comfortable seating, a cathedral ceiling, a high-def TV with basic cable, Blu-Ray / DVD / CD player, an iPod / iPhone speaker dock, plus a wonderful view of the ocean, the grounds, and the pool! You have your choice of dining inside or outside on your lanai...either is a great choice! The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, a dishwasher, dinnerware...everything you need (besides the food) to cook up fresh fish from the local fish market, or whatever your specialty may be. There are several grocery stores close by and the local farmer's market is within walking distance. The resort has a unique Oceanfront DECK which you will really enjoy...It is located on the edge of the ocean and is a gathering place for guests of the resort to lounge and relax. Equipped with tables, chairs, and BBQ grills, it is a great place to just relax and watch beautiful sunsets, enjoy your morning coffee, or have a sunset dinner. It's also a wonderful spot to watch the sea turtles as they swim by...And perfect for visiting with other guests and making new friends. Our location is 5.5 miles north of Lahaina...midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We are within a 5-10 minute drive to great shopping, top-notch galleries, amazing restaurants, and world-class golf courses. But, most importantly, we are far enough away from the noise and congestion of the busy resort areas so that you can enjoy the natural beauty of Maui at your leisure. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
