In addition, the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the last bedroom has two single beds. This open concept bungalow has a large living spaces, complete with a pull out sofa bed, PC with Hi-speed Internet broadband and Wireless connection for your Laptop, Sound system, VCR, DVD, and 2 TVs (a 26” and 40” SONY hdmi, lcd TV) with US Top 150 Satellite channels. The kitchen includes a fridge w. icemaker, Stove (Oven), Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage dispenser, Cooking ware and Eating utensils. In addition there is Washer and Dryer. This Villa is extremely clean and well maintained by a local licensed property management "Pereira's Private Villas". Bed sheets and towels are provided and pool being cleaned each week. Also there are City garbage pickups on Tuesday and Friday morning. Located within 5 minutes from the Villa you will find gas stations, supermarkets, wide variety of restaurants, fast food places, hotels and many stores including shopping malls. The Pool is heated by 4 Solar Panels (4x12ft.long) all year long and Heat Cover / Pool Blanket is provided to hold the heat of the pool during the winter at no extra cost. Auxiliary Electric Pool heat is also available to keep the water temp. above 80 deg. Farenheit during cold or cloudy Winter days. This cost extra $18/day or $120/week..
