Small cabin with parking for two cars and ample street parking (empty lot next door). One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other a single/double bunk bed (a single bed on top with a double bed on the bottom). Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Dining room with a table for six. Living room with satellite TV (Direct TV) and a DVD player. Just a mom and pop operation, so, $60 a night for most nights including weekends (with a 2 night minimum on the weekends) and $100 a night for high holidays, like Christmas and New Years and July 4. It's reserved with payment, and no refunds once reserved (hey, it's cheap!). Last minute welcome, and a discount for long-term (a week or more).
