Fully furnished clean and modern 3 story home with 2 patios, 2 decks, assigned parking, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and full sized laundry. Phone, cable, Internet, linens and towels included, owner has also put in a few beach toys, three cruiser bikes, boogie boards, a surfboard and a two person kayak. sleeping arrangements are 1 king bed, 1 trundle bed that unfolds to King, a single over double bunk bed, a fold out queen and a roller bed.
