This unit is an end unit so only one person next door. Second floor gives you a great view of the mountains and the security of being on the second floor. The stair are right out side the door or the elevator is just a few steps away. These units are locked buildings but it is not a gated comunity. There is one space in covered parking for your car. The large heated pool is just down stairs also only steps away. With a lovely spa and BBQ area and tables. This unit was remodeled just two years ago. New stainless appliances and granite counter tops Wood floor and carpeted bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a brand new box springs and mattress. The master bedroom has a new tempur-pedic mattress. Both queen size. The unit comes complete with all bedding, towels, robes. Dishes and cookware. There are two TV's one 52" in living area and another a little smaller tv in the master bedroom. There is cable high definition tv and internet service at no extra charge. The telephone long distance service to US and Canada is also free.
