Kahana Outrigger is a small ocean front 16 unit low rise complex with shopping and restaurants nearby. Just 10 minutes from the historic whaling town of Lahaina on west Maui. The lanai has ample space for outdoor dining, whale watching (seasonal), star gazing at night, or just relaxing enjoying ocean views towards neighbor islands of Molokai & Lanai. Unit is nicely decorated and spacious with approximately 1490 sq ft of living space . Each room is air conditioned. Pool & BBQ area. Convenient free parking. Bedding is 2 cal kings, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 13.42% state taxes added to all rates. Minimum 4 night stay. | Tax/Fees/Cancellation Notes: | CANCELLATION $50 for reservations cancelled after receipt of initial deposit. Cancellations after full payment due date are non-refundable unless dates are resold (less $50 fee). No refunds are made for un-used nights regardless of cause. TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (9.25%) and General Excise Tax (4.166%) are charged on all reservations. Homeowner Association check-in fees may apply to some properties. MAID SERVICE Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping services are provided at an additional cost. All rentals are clean and stocked with linens and starter supplies but not replenished. Starter supplies include: laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, bar soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and trash can liners. DAMAGE Guests agree to abide by all house rules. All damages or missing items caused by guest will be the responsibility of guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Should the owner have to sue for damages, the guest will be responsible for all court costs, damages and attorney fees. SMOKING All our rental accommodations are non-smoking.
