Located in the Kailua Bay Resort complex just a short walk from the center of Kailua-Kona, this unit was renovated in March of this year. There are A/C window mounts in the bedrooms as well as the living room when our trade winds aren't gently blowing across our islands as well as overhead fans. This is a corner unit with a designated parking space right below the unit. The newly remodeled pool & spa as well as BBQ are located directly across from the condo just a short distance away. New flat screen TV in the living room, secured Wi-Fi access & a new security screen door so you can feel the airflow through-out the condo. Enjoy the easy walk to beaches, restaurants, shops, library, the Queens Palace, Kailua Pier, art galleries, and our wonderful open air farmers market. There is much to explore in our small community. We hope you enjoy your vacation at our condo and we know that each day will bring you a new and wonderful experience on the Big Island of Hawaii.
