This little 1 bedroom cabin sits on 3 acres and has 425' of coastline and is directly on the Gitchi Gami bike trail. There is a small seasonal waterfall visible from the deck that drops 30-40 feet into the cove. There are 2 trails to the lake shore. One trail, which is rather steep, is on the eastern edge of the property leading to a cobblestone beach. The other trail is on the western side of the property leading to the ledge rock "peninsula". Pets are welcome with prior approval. 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter.
Rates quoted will be for 1-2 people. There is an additional $15/person/night fee for each additional guest. When booking reservations please be sure to enter your additional guests. Extra guest fees compensate for additional utility and cleaning fees and allow rates to directly reflect usage. The balance of your payment is due no less than 30 days before arrival. Cascade Vacation Rentals will charge the balance due to the credit card on file unless we hear otherwise from you. If we do not receive the balance by the deadline, your reservation is subject to cancellation. CANCELLATION POLICY If you do need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-rent the property. |
