Surrounding this very private 1 acre estate are amazing tropical gardens with over 100 varieties of palm trees and tropical flora. Enjoy swimming in your own private pool and relaxing in the Hot Springs Spa while taking in the beauty of sunsets over the Island of Lanai. You will have all the comforts of home with the latest in technology, including two 50" HD Flatscreen TV's with DVR's, one 46" HD Flatscreen TV, and surround sound with I-Pod dock. There is highspeed wireless internet service throughout the property along with a fully equipped office that includes a scanner/copier/printer. Sunset Oasis offers a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range and cooktop, two Fisher and Paykel dishwashers, and granite throughout. For added convenience there are electric blinds and a front loading washer and dryer. The home boasts ten foot ceilings and eight foot African mahogany doors. In the main part of the home, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate private Ohana on the property with a complete outdoor bathroom. If you want to take a trip to the beach, grab the boogie boards, beach towels & chairs, along with the cooler and you'll be all set! On the covered outdoor lanai with alfresco dining or out by the pool stargazing is where you may choose to spend most of your evenings. To add to your evening ambiance, you may choose to light the 4 gas tiki torches that light up the property.
