This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on the quiet sub division of Clear Creek has recently been re-decorated and re-furnished to a high standard. Backing onto a conservation area this pool home provides a peaceful location for those much needed days away from the theme parks. The pool area is all covered by a screen and lanai which allows for those suns rays but keeps out unwanted bugs. The accommodation consists of a quiet lounge for reading and a formal dining area at the front of the villa. Leading from there is the family area. Adjacent to the lounge is the large dining area which is open plan to the well appointed kitchen. Here you will find cooker, Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher and huge fridge with freezer. A filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils are also provided. The master bedroom, has a King sized bed and en-suite with both shower and bath. There is a walk in wardrobe and a door leading onto the pool area. A TV is provided for your convenience. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and tastefully decorated. Bedroom 3 is a Double bed and bedroom 4 has Twin beds. All linen and towels are provided. There is parking for two vehicles and off street parking is available at the front of the villa. Pool heating is not normally required during the summer months, but if needed a separate charge is made for this facility. The villa is non smoking and no pets are allowed. Excellent shopping facilities are provided nearby, which includes a 24 hour Walmart and Winn Dixie.
