| "TROPICAL THERAPY" is an upstairs loft bungalow that is sure to provide you with the much needed escape you have been longing for! Conveniently secluded and tastefully decorated, this loft is in high demand and always generates great reviews! The sleeping arrangements have been setup with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 people, but with the additonal loft area, it means that you get more heads comfortable in the beds! After your "TROPICAL THERAPY" vacation has ended we are sure that you will be booking it for next year... If not sooner!!! Also, for those who cannot seem to get away from the computer, the condo has wireless internet. | Tax/Fees/Cancellation Notes: | Check-in is after 4:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 5:00 pm you must call in advance to make our staff aware so that the necessary arrangements can be made for your late arrival. Some of our resorts require an access code to enter, so if you find yourself unable to enter when you arrive please call our office @ 850.492.9999 or the after-hours line @ 850.287.4882 to obtain the current access code. Check-out is by 10am. As per request by the homeowners association's property management; in an effort to maintain the proper appearance of our resort, we ask that nothing (ie. towels, swimsuits, etc.) be hung from the rails or balconies left cluttered. Cancellations -The Administration Fee is non-refundable and all refunds will have a 5% processing fee withheld. Cancellation notices that are received beyond 5 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date will be refunded; less the Administration fee and processing fee. Notice received between 5 and 3 weeks, $200.00 is withheld and $100.00 is refundable; less the Administration fee and processing fee. Notices received less than 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date are not subject to a refund. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date. Though it will not be charged until the scheduled day-of-arrival, the full balance is due 48 hours prior your arrival date. The full balance will be charged to the card on file for no-show reservations. Damage Deposit -- Reservations in which have been confirmed via credit card do not require a Damage Deposit as any damages will be charged to the credit card on file. If the reservation has not been confirmed via credit card payment the following policy applies. |
