| 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, comfortably sleeps 7 guests; located in a 24-hr prewar, doorman building. Uninterrupted views north and south on Third Avenue. All floors are hardwood. There are three bedrooms and 2 full baths: master bedroom has a king size bed; two double beds in the 2nd bedroom; a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Rollaway beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge. Linens and towels are in abundance; plentiful closet space; a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot, teapot, pot and pans dishes, silverware, toaster oven, and cooking utensils are provided. There is a window in the kitchen facing North. The apartment has Wif and each of the bedrooms and the living room have flat panel tvs with cable. There is a CD stereo, plus VCR and DVD players. | Tax/Fees/Cancellation Notes: | SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit is due and will be held in addition to all other amounts. This amount must be held on a credit card and will be released to the same card within 2 weeks of departure if no theft or property damage is found. It must be on credit card and a credit card number must be provided at time of booking. This $500 security deposit will not be charged to your card, but will be run as an authorization/hold. It will be processed on the day of arrival, not at booking, and will be released after departure. CANCELLATIONS: If the reservation is cancelled more than 45 days before arrival, a full refund of deposit is returned. If the reservation is cancelled between 45-10 days before arrival, 25% of the contract amount will be charged, and if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of arrival, through no fault of Suites 57, all payments will be forfeited. PETS: No pets are allowed. SMOKING: The apartment is smoke-free. This means NO SMOKING. This is STRICTLY enforced. We have smoke alarms which register cigarette/cigar smoke. If smoking in the apartment is discovered, you will be fined $250 per day of your stay to have carpets, furniture and apartment professionally cleaned. THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED. KEYS: Apartment is delivered to Tenant with two (2) sets of keys. Both sets must be returned when leaving, or a charge of $50 will be made. UTILITIES: Utilities are included in the rent. This includes Cable TV, Wifi, local telephone use and electricity. |
