This complex is very quiet and one of Waikoloa's most popular condo complexes. This unit is a great value for a family and can sleep 4 people. The condo is conveniently located close to shopping. And, included with your rental of this unit is a discount for golfing at the Robert Trent Jones course located in Waikoloa Village. This condo has been recently remodeled and just made available as a vacation rental. Inside you can easily seat 4 for dinner with seating at both the bar or at a dining table. The large living room is bright and airy with a sliding door leading to the lanai. There is a complete entertainment area set up for your enjoyment--TV, cable, and CD player. The kitchen comes complete with everything you'll need: microwave, coffeemaker, blender, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and linens. Cool off in the sparkling blue water or soak up the sun on a lawn chair. Or, take a quick 10 minute drive down to the beach--the owners have supplied this condo with a cooler for your enjoyment. If you've never been to the Big Island, you haven't been to Hawaii! The Kohala Coast (west side of The Big Island) is world renowned for it's sunny tropical weather that shines down on an awesome variety of landscapes. What can you do on the Big Island? Well, how about surfing, snorkeling ,boogey boarding, sunbathing, swimming with Dolphins, walking around lava, gazing at the stars from where two of the world's most famous observatories are located, hike through a tropical forest, play golf on world championship courses, or...you can just kick back and do nothing! | Tax/Fees/Cancellation Notes: | 1. Accepted Payment: We accept money orders, VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards. One credit card per reservation. (NO SPLIT PAYMENTS). 2. Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is 3 nights. (Holiday Season – 7 night minimum) 3. Deposit and Payment: Initial deposit is one night’s lodging at the rate published plus the security deposit insurance fee or security deposit. We must receive your deposit to confirm a reservation. If your arrival date is less than 60 days from your reservation request, full payment is due at time of booking. 4. Holiday Season: December 17-January 7th is the defined holiday season: Minimum stay: usually 7 nights unless other arrangement are agreed upon with Agent. A three night deposit is required for Holiday season bookings at the published rates. Full payment is due within 90 days of arrival. Cancellation within 90 days prior to arrival is subject to full forfeiture. 5. Security Deposit Insurance: This Security Deposit Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Security Deposit Protection fee of $39.00 plus GET is billed at the time of the reservation confirmation.
