Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Hotel Accommodation/Transient Tax of 13.4166%. Wailua Bay View, Pono Kai Resort, Hale Pau Hana, and Wailea Elua have NO Short Stay Rate. Christmas period: 7 nights minimum. (Dec 21 to Jan 3). February period: 4 nights minimum. Rates are subject to $35 reservation fee except for Wailua Bay View (no res fee at Wailua Bay View). Wailea Elua has a $100.00 Resort Fee. Kamaole Sands has a $26.04 Resort Fee. All rates are subject to change without notice.
