The spectacular electrifying display shows the culture, milestones, personal comfort, designs, identity and spirituality. In the interrelated spaces guests can try out on designing styles, creating the quilt design, weaving on a loom and tying knots, moreover mix and match a boxes load of many textiles to make a vibrant exhibit. Art trainers will guide all the guests or visitors in a number of textile projects. It is open only on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
It is held at Honolulu Academy of Arts 900S.Beretania St. in the center of Victoria Street and Ward Avenue, Honolulu. It started in year 2008 on 10th of July and will end 8th of September 2009. The biggest advantage that every visitor gets here is the knowledge. You get to know about the different textures among many clothes. Moreover you learn on how you can print designs to make the display more beautiful and attractive.
