Located in the 3rd floor of the Hyatt Regency’s Diamond Head, this restaurant not only offers some delicious mouth watering cuisines, but also offers live entertainment for the guests such a live magic show. The visitors can also enter the kitchens and supervise the chefs preparing the meals or enjoy the beauty of the tranquil tropical gardens, making it a perfect setting for the guests.
The winner of 2000’s Best Beef award of Honolulu and the receiver of the “Excellent” rating by the Zagat Survey in 1999, Musashi offers 3 different kinds of Japanese cuisine- teppanyaki (grill), teishoku (sit down) and sushi. Tuna with Grated Yam or Sashmi (Tender Raw Meat) provides the best starters. The house specialities include Sakana Shioyaki, Sashimi and Tempure, and Shokago. Also enjoy the Musashi’s regency green tea ice cream or the ice cream tempura for the desert.
The Musashi restaurant operates daily serving breakfast from 5:30 to 10:30 in the morning and Dinner from 6:00 in the evening to 10:00 in the night. |
