| This volunteering program takes place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm under leader Ed Lindsay in the Honokowai valley which is closed to public access. The program would require the volunteers to help out weed out invasive plants and help in various other tasks. The volunteers are presented with a free Volunteering on Vacation tote bag for their efforts. The Maui Coastal Land Trust Service Project is sponsored by the Authority of Hawaii Tourism. The Pacific Whale has over the years addressed several issues related to the oceans and our planet. They aim to promote understanding, appreciation, and protection of dolphins, whales, coral reefs and the valuable oceans. They educated people on marine environment from the scientific perspective and conduct marine research in Hawaii and the Pacific.
