The Kauai Backcountry Adventures gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy the delicious picnic in the tropical valleys and take a dip in a cool mountain swimming pool. On the Mountain Tubing Adventures, the guests get the chance to float down the plantation irrigation system on gently flowing water, through flumes, canals, & 5 tunnels hand-dug by plantation workers roughly in 1870.The Kauai Backcountry Adventures aims to provide visitors with fun-filled and adventurous eco-tourism activities. They have helped to renovate sections of the old plantation irrigation system, which are now employed for use of the Mountain Tubing Adventure.
