Tickets are available for $20 ($15 keiki and seniors), A prior booking to Slack Key Guitar and Ukulele Concert is advisable as the seating are limited. You can easily find a way to this concert. In Hanalei, find the Slack Key Concert banner on the mountain side of the road, just past the Ching Young Shopping Village. From there take a left turn on the little access road, towards the mountain, move twenty yards and then again take a left into the gravelled parking area. You will see a double yurt brown building which is the community centre.
Enjoy the concerts of professional Kauai recording artists Doug & Sandy McMaster. To their credit they have a DVD and 7 CDs. You can watch them playing tirelessly to disseminate the knowledge of traditional Hawaiian slack key guitar and its history.
