The center is famous for its fireside Food court showcasing thirty two Paniolo wall paintings which represent its cowboy heritage. The center opens on all the seven days of a week. From Monday to Saturday, the center remains open from 9 in the morning to 7 in the evening. On Sundays, the center is opened at 10 AM and closed at 5 PM.

 Mr. Vivian Fields is the General Manager of the Parker Ranch Center. The center has the famous “Parker Ranch Store”, where one can buy clothes, hats and accessories of Paniolo Style. In addition to this the center has various stores like Don’s Chinese Kitchen, Food land, Giggles,Jeans Warehouse, Journey Boutique, Lilikoi Café, Suzi’s Scrapbooking Paradise etc. All these stores provide various good quality products to the visitors. The Parker Ranch Center is visited by a large number of people every year.
