When the coffee cherries are grinded the beans are washed with high pressure so that to take out the mucilage. After that beans are put in to a container along with water to uphill overnight. The next morning they are again pressure washed to take out the fermentation. When the beans are washed thoroughly then they are placed on a screen take out the extra water. When they are dried out, the beans are taken out from the screens and again placed on the wooden drying holders where they are actually dried by the Hawaiian sunshine to the particular moisture content.
