Hawaii 5-0 Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is submitted in writing more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 10% of the initial booking deposit will be forfeited, and the balance of deposit refunded back to client within 7 days of cancellation. If a reservation is canceled in writing 6-30 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Rental and Tax amount will be charged. Any remaining balances will be refunded back to tenant with 7 days from written cancellation. Reservations cancelled 5 days or less from arrival are 100% non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

To offer you the best services possible, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. However, to help protect your vacation investment, Hawaii 5-O Vacation Rentals is able to include travel insurance through Travel Guard as part of your reservation. Travel insurance is typically at a cost equal to 7% of the rent, tax and cleaning total of your reservation.
