Credits are not transferrable to other parties, and must be used within 365 days from the original reservation start date. Credit is made in a dollar amount, so that any reservation made with credit will be booked at the current going rate. This rate and tax percentage may exceed the credit of the withheld deposit and tenant is responsible for paying the difference between these two. TRAVEL INSURANCE: To offer you the best services possible, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. However, to help protect your vacation investment, Hawaii 5-O is able to include travel insurance through Travel Guard as part of your reservation. Travel insurance is typically at a cost equal to 7% of the rent, tax and cleaning total of your reservation.
