A charming two-bedroom cottage tucked away in the heart of Volcano Village five minutes from the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This new home offers privacy, comfort, and convenience to area activities. Located on a professionally landscaped half-acre in the rainforest, its features include two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed), full bath, well-equipped full kitchen, dining table & chairs, living area, propane fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, CD player/radio, and phone. Complete linens provided including towels, down comforters, & blankets. Nicely appointed and furnished in charming island décor, the Cymbidium Cottage will be the perfect home base for your volcano adventure. It even has its own lava tube in the front yard. Everything is here for you to enjoy your stay in this unique area of the Big Island. The Hawaii Volcanoes National Park offers the visitor a special view of nature unlike anyplace else on earth. Be sure to plan enough time to enjoy the hiking, craters, lava tubes, lush rainforest, steam vents, birds, ancient petroglyphs, spectacular views, and brand new land. The visitor center offers excellent exhibits, films, geological talks, and information. Also, top local artisans display their works at the Volcano Art Center Gallery located in the park. So enjoy exploring the area and come home to the Cymbidium Cottage General Information Cost: $125/double occupancy + $20 for additional person; one night deposit required to hold reservation. 30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment. There's a $45 cleaning fee.
