General Information Cost: $150.00/Night double occupancy + $20 per Additional Person; One night deposit required to hold reservation. 30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment. There's a $75.00 cleaning fee. Occupancy: 2-9 People. Rooms: Two Bath, Three Bedrooms- (1) Master w/ King, (1) w/ Queen and (1) 2 twins. Complimentary: Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for your first morning.
