| Tax/Fees/Cancellation Notes: | CANCELLATION $50 for reservations cancelled after receipt of initial deposit. Cancellations after full payment due date are non-refundable unless dates are resold (less $50 fee). No refunds are made for un-used nights regardless of cause. TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (9.25%) and General Excise Tax (4.166%) are charged on all reservations. Homeowner Association check-in fees may apply to some properties. MAID SERVICE Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping services are provided at an additional cost. All rentals are clean and stocked with linens and starter supplies but not replenished. Starter supplies include: laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, bar soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and trash can liners. DAMAGE Guests agree to abide by all house rules. All damages or missing items caused by guest will be the responsibility of guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Should the owner have to sue for damages, the guest will be responsible for all court costs, damages and attorney fees. SMOKING All our rental accommodations are non-smoking.
