Cancellations after full payment due dates are non-refundable unless dates are resold (less $50 fee). No refunds are made for un-used nights regardless of cause. TAXES AND FEES: State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (7.25%) and General Exise Tax (4.166%) are charged on all reservations. MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. Housekeeping services are provided at an additional cost. All rentals are clean and stocked with linens and starter supplies but NOT replenished. Starter supplies include: laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, bar soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and trash can liners. DAMAGE: Guests agree to abide by all house rules. All damages or missing items caused by guest will be the responsibility of guest to repair, replace, or reimburse.
